c. Shipping:

  • Once approved, you will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost.
     

4. Non-Exchangeable Items:
 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products that are not defective

  • Products purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

  • Products that show signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the customer
     

5. No Return/Refund Policy:
 

We do not offer returns for any products. Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and style before placing your order. Refunds are only provided as store credits in certain cases, subject to our discretion. Monetary refunds are not available. Store credits can be used for future purchases.
